How to join
Prospective members will be asked to learn a song and will have the opportunity to audition after about 6 rehearsals. Your audition is the first step into membership. We will provide you with sheet music as well as audio learning tracks to help you practice at home. We will also set you up with practice quartets to support you in your singing. Our goal is to help you succeed, so don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions! We will give you more information about how to become a member at rehearsal.
Ongoing Membership
Each week you'll receive direction from our Director Wendi Young and you'll learn new and exciting ways to bring out the very best singer in you. In addition to weekly Thursday night rehearsals, we perform in and around our area for local festivals, holiday events, and shows of our own. We also participate in the Region 21 Regional Competition in the spring of each year, currently held in Phoenix, AZ. In preparation for competition, we will have occasional additional rehearsals with experts (coaches) who are brought in, and members are expected to attend those coaching sessions. Monthly member dues cover our expenses for music, our Director, facilities rental and as funds allow, costumes and a portion of other event fees.
